Daniel Powell Named Partner at Minc Law

Dan’s professional background includes more than 15 years of experience as a litigator representing individuals, businesses, organizations, and entities on a wide range of matters. He has served as lead counsel and achieved an outstanding track record of favorable outcomes at all levels of legal proceedings, including jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, administrative hearings and appellate proceedings. Since joining Minc Law, Dan’s practice focuses exclusively on internet related matters, providing both pragmatic legal counsel and zealous advocacy on behalf of clients who have been subjected to or threatened with harmful online attacks. He regularly represents clients who were previously advised by other law firms and attorneys that there were no alternatives available through the legal process.

Dan earned his law degree from Cleveland Marshall School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Greensboro College. Dan is a member of the William K. Thomas American Inn of Courts, has provided pro bono services to the Legal Aid Society and other non-profit organizations, and has served as a New Lawyer Mentor in the Supreme Court of Ohio’s Lawyer-to-Lawyer Mentoring Program.
